Ongoing Ship Dock 3 Expansion Project is designed to increase loading capacity from 3 ships and 7 barges to 4 ships and 8 barges. This project consists of 350 Tons of structural steel. Pipe installation consists of 30,500 feet of Carbon Steel and 5,550 feet of Stainless Steel. In order to minimize dock downtime the project was built mostly off-site and barged to the site. The project currently has over 150,000 Safe Work Hours.

70 MMSCFD CO2 recovery plant for tertiary oil recovery, 3 stages of high-speed cetrifugal compression between 6400 and 8000 HP, mole sieve dyhydration, refrigerated low-temp hydrocarbon recovery, DEPG sweetening process approx 25MW total connected power.

The Project consisted of the installation of 3 main compressors along with numerous prefabricated skids, exchangers, vessels, drums, MCC substations and several critical lifts that included the placement of two 111' and 108' towers. The structural steel erection consisted of 2,600 tons of pipe racks and structural platforms, the piping consisted of installing 53,444 feet of process and utility piping through out the unit. The project lasted 16 months with a peak of 250 craft personnel on site. The project completed with an outstanding Safety and Quality record. The project worked 479,000 Safe Work Hours without a recordable accident or incident and the welding department completed 2,007 butt welds, with only 17 repairs for the entire project.
