L-Con Constructors Company has developed a quality management system to better satisfy the needs of our customers. Our quality system parallels the International Standard ISO 9001, 1994, as applicable to Company operations. The scope of this quality system covers construction work in civil, structural, process equipment and piping, mechanical/equipment installation, and instrumentation and electrical.

L-Con has an organizational commitment to quality. Our people are the fundamental component within the quality management system. Qualified individuals are utilized for all special processes.

Our management system is to motivate our people and their committment to work together as a well organized team. The goals of each project team include:

• Doing the job correctly in accordance with all applicable codes and standards.
• Incorporate all customer specifications
• Provide quality documentation to meet customer requirements.
• Require our vendors and subcontractors to maintain consistent quality levels.

L-Con's quality program is composed of two parts, a Quality Systems Manual and a Quality Procedures Manual. The Quality Systems Manual is divided into twenty (20) sections corresponding to quality system requirements of the ISO 9001 standard. Each section provides a general and brief procedure outlining how these quality programs are implemented. The Quality Procedures Manual provides more detailed instructions and forms.
